1. International English Language Testing System (IELTS)

Over 1.7 million candidates take the test each year to start their journeys into international education and employment.

About the IELTS Test: The IELTS exam covers four language skills: listening, reading, writing and speaking. IELTS is not recommended for candidates under the age of 16. It is offered in two test formats, Academic and General Training. All candidates take the same listening and speaking modules and there is an option of either Academic or General Training in reading and writing modules.Academic Training is suitable for candidates commencing higher education study, including TAFE or who are seeking professional registration. General Training is suitable for candidates commencing non-academic training, work experience or for immigration purposes.
