Freedom of speech in America is one of the main reasons why America is so great in unique. Many other countries have freedom of speech but it seems that in America the right to freedom of speech is taken full advantageof. Freedom of speech in America is a huge deal and Americans are definitely lucky to have this right and many people want this right and this is why America is one of the best countries out there.

Think about it, there are many forms of freedom of speech in America such as being able to speak out against the government or question politics. Americans can even protest basically anything they want to and that is a form of freedom of speech in America. Another reason why America is so great and consider the most powerful country on earth is the history of America's past. The American military is the reason why America is a great country because the military keeps America safe from world-wide threats including threats from other countries. The American military is also the reason as to why America is a force to mess with.

Crime in America
Unfortunately there are other reasons as to why America is known throughout the world and unfortunately this is a reason as why America is not so liked either around the world. It is the crime in America.

America is a huge country with so many people and because of that there are many people who commit crimes in America. Crime in America is very high and can be extremely high in some parts and this is why America is frowned upon by many other countries.

Student Visa
F1 Visa is the US Student Visa for International students wanting to study in the USA. The key to a successful application is genuine intent to study, accurate documentation & forms. According to U.S. visa laws and regulations, most F1 Visa (US Student Visa) applicants must demonstrate to the consular officer that they have strong ties to their country of residence and must show that they intend to depart the United States after their study.

To apply for a USA Non Immigrant Visa – Student Category to USA, the following eligibility criteria should be met

Applicants must demonstrate that they possess sufficient funds to support themselves and their family for the entire period of their stay
Applicants must not intend to seek or undertake a job
Applicants should have no criminal record and intend to strictly comply with the laws of the country
Original form I-20 or DS-2019 as applicable
Form I-901 (Sevis Fee Receipt)

The visa interview days are Monday-Friday and the majority of successful applicants normally receive their U.S. visas within two business days
Advance travel planning and early visa application are important, since visa applications are subject to a greater degree of scrutiny than in the past
It is very important that your passport is in good condition for a F1 Visa (US Student Visa) to be placed. U.S. visas cannot be placed in damaged passports.
Please obtain a new passport prior to your interview if:

The film on the biographic data pages of your passport (page with your photo and back page with your parents' information) is separated from the pages in your passport
Your passport is otherwise torn, damaged, mutilated or has been washed or laundered.

1. F-1 or US Student Visa: This visa is the most common for those who wish to engage in academic studies in the United States. It is for people who want to study at an accredited U.S. college or university or to study English at a university or intensive English language institute.
2. M-1, or US Student Visa: This visa is for those who will be engaged in non-academic or vocational study or training at an institution in the U.S.

Dependents of F1 Visa (US Student Visa)
Spouses and/or unmarried children under the age of 21 who wish to accompany or join the principal visa holder in the United States for the duration of his/her stay require derivative F or M visas. Spouses and/or children who do not intend to reside in the United States with the principal visa holder, but visit for vacations only, may be eligible to apply for visitor (B-2) visas. Spouses and dependents may not work in the United States on a derivative F or M visa. If seeking employment, the appropriate work visa will be required.

H-1B Visa

The H-1B specialty workers visa is a nonimmigrant visa which allows foreign nationals to enter into the U.S. and perform services in a prearranged professional job. The job must be in a 'specialty occupation' and must require a bachelor's degree as a minimum for entry into the field.

Foreign professionals with specialized knowledge, such as scientists, engineers, programmers, research analysts, management consultants, journalists, accountants, and others with Bachelor's or equivalent degree.

Foreign nationals entering the U.S. to offer exceptional services relating to cooperative research and development projects administered by the U.S. Department of Defense
Professional Nurses entering the U.S. to perform complex job duties or supervise nursing operations.

U.S. companies to bring in qualified foreign professionals for jobs that require a bachelors degree and specialized skills.

Generally H-1B visa is granted for three years. It may then be extended for up to an additional three years.

For further extension, the H-1B professional must remain outside the U.S. for at least one year before becoming eligible for another H-1B visa. If the professional acquires permanent residency (Green Card) he/she need not remain outside the country for one year. Certain foreign nationals working on Defense Department projects may remain in H-1B status for 10 years.

There are Limited extensions allowed beyond the six maximum for certain foreign national who have permanent residence applications pending.

The H-1B processing time varies because all cases are different. Generally it takes between three to six months to process an H-1B visa. You must wait at least two weeks after you send in your application for a receipt from the USCIS and another two weeks before you call the USCIS to check the status.
